All designs are hand engraved using a high speed drill (400,000 rpms) to produce the engraved design. The engraving system I use is Portable. This allows me to engrave at customer's location and engrave on location at some of my shows.
A special transparency is used to attach the pattern or design to the item to be engraved. It is then engraved by hand with the high speed drill.
The pattern or design can be something as simple as a signature, intials, or more complex if you like. All that is required is a clear black and white art work. A copier is used to enlarge or reduce the design as needed. This is why most any design can be used, yours or mine!
